The Arkansas Conference of The United Methodist Church has made a commitment to the Congolese people to build ten water wells to provide safe, clean drinking water. But there is a need for other items as well - items we take for granted in the United States. There are a number of ways you or your church can make a real difference in the lives of families in the Congo. Here are just a few ways for you to contribute.

 
Bibles are in short supply. Share the Word of God with a $10 gift.

$10 each
 
Transportation is very difficult in the Congo. Pastors often travel many miles by bicycle to preach.

$90 each
 
Provide funds to meet the day-to-day needs of a child in the Kamina Orphanage.

$500 covers one months care
 
Build a well for a Congo village, or contribute a share towards a well.

 Build a parsonage for a Congolese United Methodist pastor or Build a United Methodist Church in the Congo.

 Support a Congolese student at Philander Smith College.

 Buy a new plane for "Wings of the Morning" medical transport.
