Today we have unlocked your relationships from their single directory existence to be copied to any other directory you desire with our Copy Relationship Entry feature.

You will find this new feature located in the Relationship Manager's entry view screen located to the top right of your entry details.

When you press the new button you will get a drop-down menu of other directories that have forms and are able to accept the entry.

Simply pick your desired directory by clicking it's link and a new window will open with options for transferring the data.

Assign data from the current entry to the new directory by picking values from the drop-downs under each question of the target directory.

So, "great feature" you might say, but "when will I need it?"

Well, one of our clients currently uses it to help with one of their business process of taking and accepting training course attendees. They have setup one directory to accept applications for their course and after choosing attendees, use this feature to move their records to their alumni directory giving the new attendees all the access that all alumni have.

This is just another method for getting your data, and content, shared throughout your site.
