02/08/12Essentials:- Office Administrator
- Part-time (typically 16 hours/week)
- Provides receptionist, secretarial and clerical services under the supervision of the Pastor.
Qualifications:•High school diploma requirements completed. College or university coursework or degree preferred.
•Advanced training in office functions, inc. word processing, spreadsheets, and routine financial transactions is required. Ability to pass a keyboarding test at 45 wpm.
•Experience with Apple and/or PC computer systems. Experience with internet website maintenance.
•Experience with religious or Christian faith-based organizations is preferred.
•Ability to work independently and follow verbal or written directions.
•Bilingual abilities in reading, writing and speaking are preferred.
