     note: if you are registering and church/charge is not relevant, including ABLC, new faith communities, or attending by virtue of office,  use "Other 99999" as your church. churches are listed in alphabetic order, in many cases beginning with the city name. If you are in a mult-point charge indicate any one of your churches, and then send an e-mail to acregistrar with them names of your other churches, if you would like to have them all listed on your name tag.
